    The property is conveniently located right between the French Quarter and the Marigny, near the corner of Burgundy St. & Esplanade Ave. - this is the residential area of the French Quarter/Faubourg Marigny. * Minimum age requirement of 25 years of age. *

    This is a quiet, clean, and well cared for 2 bed /1 bath condo on the 1st floor, it is perfect for a couple but will comfortably accommodate 4 (ABSOLUTELY no more than 4 people).

    The guests are welcome to use the patio in the rear of the Condos.

    The owner lives in a unit on-site and manages the rental property actively.
